This is one of my all-time favorite Peacock Garden lampshades we’ve ever made.  The silk burn out velvet on the top panels is a nice array of colors with peacock blue, shades of reds and pinks, green, and golds. The lace on the smaller panels around the bottom is midlined with a dark gold silk. The fringe is a copperfield color with a black tip on the ends overlaid with a Scallop Blackbead. 
The interior of this shade is a beautiful gold silk. 
There’s chenille trim around the top and gold appliqués around the bottom.
